Springtime combination of cheerful sky blue, bright greens, purple and clear glass in this unique abstract decorative bowl that is also functional as a serving dish. Completely food safe although hand washing is recommended.
Measures approximately 9 3/4 inches by 9 1/2 inches wide at 4 inches deep. 25 cm by 24 cm by 10 cm.
Multiple steps and sessions in the kiln were needed to complete this design, from combining colors to attain the right amount of saturation, working the glass while in a cool state and then refiring following heating and cooling schedules to give piece strength.
