Specks and pieces of medium blue along with sparkly dark blue and black were embedded into a layer of white glass by using the heat of a kiln to fuse them all together. Next the piece was placed into a mold and returned to the kiln for a second session to form it. The corners gently curve upward.
Measures 4 1/2 inches long by 4 1/4 inches wide at 1 inch tall at the corners, 11.5 cm by 11 cm at 25 mm.
