NEW GENDER NEUTRAL Toddler/Child or Sofa Throw sized CAT LOVER'S QUILT measuring appx 51" wide X 62" long. OOAK (one of a Kind) This quilt is made with good 100% cotton fabrics; machine made and quilted in a darling kitty cat design. This patchwork square pattern is called Just Can't Cut It. The quilt consists of 3 layers, the front (pieced), the back (which is one color or pattern, or combines different fabrics in striped fashion) and inside a layer of batting. These 3 layers are sewn together with quilting and there is a binding going all around the quilt. The main blocks feature lots of darling smiling kitty cats (mostly tabbies) faces and chests in orange/brown/black/white/ rust and beige. Zoom in on the main squares to see those cute kitty faces up close. This quilt consists of 12 finished 12-1/2" square blocks, alternating between the main block of kitties and the alternating, coordinating solid color blocks, 3 blocks across by 4 blocks down. These blocks are then bordered first by the solid rust colored fabric and then by the solid dark brown fabric. The back is a solid dark beige and was professionally long arm quilted in a darling " Kitty Looking out the Window" design (see the last two pictures) by a friend and fellow Etsy shop owner, Olga Neeman. The quilt is then bound in same solid colored rust fabric used on the front of the quilt; which is doubled, with mitered corners and machine stitched for durability. The batting (inner layer) is Hobbes brand excellent quality batting ,cotton/polyester batting.

Please note measurements to make sure that they suit your purposes* This item is handmade and has its own creative imperfections.

We've been making quilts for over 30 years and absolutely love it, and we're NOT just talking about the buying the fabric part either. We've made over 400 quilts of all sizes. We love picking the patterns and then matching the fabrics and colors to them, and can never wait to see how it is going to come out. We make and donate many quilts, knitted hats, "Going green bags", and other items to the local homeless shelter, Safe Place, Habitat for Humanity, homeless school children, and graduating Foster Children.

Our quilts are just as beautiful and well made as quilts that sell for much more, and they are even more beautiful in person. We've kept our prices very reasonable, generally only enough to cover costs (including shipping it to you by USPS priority mail) so that more people will know the joy of owning their own beautiful, keepsake quilt to cherish and later to hand down.

So easy to take care of, just wash and dry as you would for any quality fabrics, cold or warm wash, line dry or machine dry on low for that soft puffy look. Don't use bleach.

If you can stand to give it away, it will make a beautiful, unique gift for that family member or special friend who has a small child or is is having a baby.

Please come back and leave feedback if you buy it, mark our shop as a favorite of yours, check out our darling little girl dresses "Tresses". And, please refer anyone who is interest to our shop at: http://www.etsy.com/shop/cactusflowerwomen

All of our quilts and bags are made in a smoke-free environment.

Thanks so much for checking us out, and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
