Stained Glass Love Heart Owl suncatcher has been handcrafted using shades of golden and creamy amber stained glass along with amber colored glass gems with fused black pupils for the eyes. When light passes through the eyes they are quite dazzling. The googly eyed owl is full of love and has his wings wrapped around a big red heart.
The same owl is pictured in all 5 photos will various amounts of sunlight behind it along with a photo of the backside.
This glass owl measures 9 1/4 inches tall by 7 inches wide, approximately 23 cm tall by nearly 18 cm wide).
Each piece of glass except for the glass glob pieces for the eyes has been handcut to fit, wrapped with copper foil and then soldered together. The eyes have been created on site using glass fused in a kiln. The entire body and head has been wrapped with a type of lead channel for strength. A single loop has been soldered to the back and chain will be included for hanging.
