Multiple layers of glass and multiple fusing sessions in the kiln have resulted in a unique presentation for cat art enthusiasts. The base of white glass has had two additional layers fully fused to it using cut sheet glass, powdered glass called frit and enamel paint. Whiskers were added before the last fusing session resulting in a smooth solid surface.
The copper display was crafted on site using copper wire and solder.
This unique tabby cat face fused art panel measures 5 3/4 wide by 5 1/2 tall, 14.5 cm by 14 cm.
