The back is a solid light yellow and the quilt has been professionally long arm quilted which you can see in in pictures number 3 (where it is turned back( and #5. The quilt is made of good quality 100% cotton fabrics, machine made by us. The binding is also doubled, with mitered corners, machine sewn for durability. The center layer ( batting is Warm and Natural, a very good quality 80% cotton, 20% polyester blend, which will hold up to many washings.) Zoom in on pictures to get a close up view of the quilt. What a wonderful GIFT for a birthday, Christmas, anniversary, or wedding shower. It will become a keepsake to pass down for you or the recipient for many years. So easy to take care of, just wash and dry as you would for any quality fabrics, cold or warm wash, line dry or machine dry on low for that soft puffy look. Don't use bleach, or hot water, but you can use Spray and Wash.
