Two gorgeous green maple leaves cast from vibrant spring colors of moss green with just a hint of a darker green around the edges and in the veins of the leaves . The details of the leaf are delicate and lovely with the edges of the leaf gently folding upward. Food safe, hand wash recommended. Lovely for year round entertaining.
The glass for the leaf was carefully measured and added to a mold. Slowly brought to fusing temperature in the kiln and allowed to cool slowly to give it strength and durability. Two sessions in the kiln were required to create each plate, the second time to slump or form the shape of the edges of the leaf.
Each measures 9 1/2 inches wide by 7 inches tall, 24 cm by 18 cm. Ships via USPS Priority Mail in the US, First Class International elsewhere.
