Pieces of green and amber glass wine bottles were cut, melted in the kiln to flatten them then holes drilled in each. Copper wire was wrapped around a piece of driftwood from the Atlantic Ocean for the glass pieces to be able to dandle from. On at a time each piece was added until complete. Its a quiet piece, more of a mobile as opposed to a windchime. I like to refer to it as dangling glass art.
Overall measurements are: 14 1/2 inches wide, 23 1/2 inches tall from the top of the copper chain to the bottom of the lowest bead, from the top of the driftwood down to the bottom bead 16 inches long. 37 cm wide, nearly 60 cm long from the top of the chain to the bottom of the lowest bead, 40 cm from the top of the wood to the bottom bead.
