Pleasantly plump ginger Buddha kitty sits blissfully atop a purple lotus blossom in this original design stained glass suncatcher. Handcrafted using dense opaque glass for the cat, butterfly, flower and lily pads, the background is transparent lightly textured pale and medium blue Waterglass.
Measures 13 3/4 inches diameter, nearly 35 cm.
The same suncatcher is pictured here at various times of the day and with various amounts of light behind it.
Assembled in the Tiffany method of glass work. Two loops attached to the back of the suncatcher with chain included for hanging.
